I started to wear Copper Bracelet

Started this for the last week as i became interested in Copper and now i'm to the point i have this bracelet. Got it at a junk sale and it's really actually enjoyable to wear. Please if anyone can confirm if this can be of benefit to the human body. Copper seems to have the ability to improve water but i am just new to understand Copper and the place it has for the human body...Please leave information about copper if you are interested.. I have come to really like copper...!!

Bruce, I've seen a lot of older people (60+) wearing copper bracelets. Supposedly it helps joint mobility and wards off arthritis or at least that's what I have been told; I think the trick is not to wear a cardigan at the same time . . .

Cheers

Better still, have a tablespoon of Glucosamine sulphate (made from prawn and crab shells) with Chondroitin (made from shark cartlidge) daily, mixed with orange juice.

I don't know about copper bracelets, but I can guarantee that glucosamine fixes up old joints and gives you back youthfull mobility.

ronaldo (used to have a bad hip joint and bad hand joints, fixed by glucosamine)

PS: don't buy the expensive capsules, the bulk powder is hundreds of times cheaper.

Glucosamine is definitely effective, when I first started welding, the heavy lifting, standing and leaning in awkward positions was taking it's toll on my right knee, started buying bottles of the drinkable stuff and within a month the pain was gone, and did not return, even after i stopped using.

Re: I started to wear Copper Bracelet

Later when i walked into Value Village to check it out. I saw they had two kinds of these mixed in with the cheap jewlery. Some of the copper bracelets were only copper. The one i have has two small magnets in each end. Most of them were copper only. Now after wearning this for a number of days i leave it on for night but take it off for the shower etc. This little thing is making my life complicated.. Anyway I have noticed now that the Copper has darkened but on the edge it's still the bright copper color.

Maybe this is all in my head but i have a feeling that copper has some kind of ability but just don't know if it's in my head or for real. My health is actually ok to my understanding as i keep myself from habits and do a daily walk. Ops i drik too much coffee is my worst!!I will continue to wear this and see if any positive comes of it..

Re: I started to wear Copper Bracelet

Best reading I've seen on coppers usefullness in the body was found in the minerals section of ithyroid.com Very important for nervous and heart health as copper atoms make nerves work just as they do your house or car wireing. They tried to duplicate the old rat studies where feeding them lots of chloresterol caused heart problems, and couldn't if they also gave them lots of extra copper in the diet so that the rats could process out the excess chloresterol. The liver stores copper in the body and doles it out as needed. The highest level food source of copper in nature is found in goose livers. I seem to remember that the French have a fondness for "pate de Fau Graise"[horrible spelling in french for goose liverwurst] and maybe that is why they live 3-4 years longer than the rest of western europeans or americans.
Barium works as a rat poison by binding up the copper in the nerves going to the heart. Some think that it is added to the chemtrail sprays[along with manganese which has a simular anti-copper effect]to do the same thing to humans.
Though risks of ODing on it are minimal and are almost nil if you eat meat and thus have enough counterbalanceing zinc in your diet, it is the most severelly regulated mineral in suppliments by the federal government and the "health"
establishment[which ought to tell you something!!!]

Up in western Canada i see them often. I would think that if you go to a Value Village for about .69 cents. Thrift stores have stuff like this garage sales and flee markets.. I was in a flee market on Saturday. I saw several also copper chains. The one person i talked with said he had made some out of copper pipe and just cut them himself.

In the USA i would think easy to find in Idaho, Montana where copper is known...

The one i have has two small magnets that rest against the inside of my wrist. I actually like it and i am still wondering what my body says..

Since you were interested actually i went to a thrift store this evening and in the jewlery section i found three copper wrist bands.. Not all the same oh actually 5 in total. the price was from .99 cents to 3 dollars.. the one for three dollars is really nice. I almost got it just to replace the one i have.. hahaha i should have gotten it and sent it to you.. I don't even know you but i wanted to do my part to see.. As i was sure that they would be easy to find. One was a complete circle.. one was made in Bolivia, the others came from BC canada.. Kamloops looks like.. they are all really nice...

I am fully adjusted to mine now.. I keep it one all night still my health has not changed but it may have.. I notice the color continues to darken of the copper...Hope you can find one and please do let me know...I am interested/.

I don't see any reason to believe that wearing a bracelet of any type will affect your well being. It seems that if this was true, there would be evidence proving it to be so and everyone would wear them. Just something to think about

Isn't that like saying if the dollar really had no value everyone would be buying gold and silver?

If there really is a silver shortage it would be a lot higher?

No, not at all. What you're saying is that "if everyone has one, it must work", and I don't agree with that either.

So far i will stay with it as no harm has been done. It's comfortable to wear and the copper has a nice feel. I will continue to wear this.. It's under my shirt sleeve.. I like the color as i like copper ..will see if i find a reason that relates to my health..

I have no personal expericence, but here are a few links that may help:

Conclusion:
Copper/Zinc Superoxide Dismutase [SOD] is an enzyme that appears to play a very vital role in health, both at the tissue level and at the whole-body level. Research into the functions of this enzyme is ongoing, and may provide the key to slowing or reversing the neuropathy of Alzheimer's disease.

CuZnSOD deficiency

Seems it is usually more important to ensure you don't have a zinc deficiency.

I was in the grocery store yesterday. Met a dude who was wearing a Q ray. I asked him how he liked the Q Ray oh he said soon as he put it on he can feel the zing..He said he feels much better. Ok so back to my experience i notice now that my copper band needed to be bent a bit but not too bad. It started to take on a different shape as i have been doing all kinds of work with this on. So i have adjusted it. TO this point i would not say if this is a plus to my body. Still i like it. Keep it under my sleeve.

As someone said earlier, it isn't going to hurt you. That said, it would be very hard to prove a beneficial effect.

Methinks it would also be very hard to "prove a beneficial effect" from most mainstream 'medical treatments.'

I take the pseudophedrine and the snot river stops.
Swallow a cyclobenzaprine and my back spasms go away.
Down a Viagra and--well, you get the picture. :D

Maybe all those problems would have been resolved on their own. And yes, I realize those pills alleviated symptoms, and did nothing to solve the underlying issues. And maybe the "Magneto-Cupric Bauble" is curing the problem instead of treating symptoms. Maybe.

I still stand by my initial statement--It probably won't hurtcha.

With the price of copper nowadays, maybe it will become a status symbol to be able to just "wear" it around the place... :D

*gasp* "That man's wearing COPPER!"
